Len Worley

Over the last thirty years I have practiced as a psychologist, marriage and family therapist, Rolfer, dream worker and health consultant. I obtained my PhD in Counseling Psychology from Florida State University (FSU) in 1981, and was certified as a bodyworker by the Rolf Institute in 2000.

I have led numerous trainings for therapists and laypersons on Depth Psychology, and the use of dreams for psychological and spiritual guidance. For a couple of decades, I facilitated many groups for men seeking to deepen a mature masculinity. See my past presentations for a sampling of interviews and public discussions I have facilitated that are integrative of psychology, health, and spiritual development.

I am passionately interested in the new science of anti-aging medicine (better called longevity medicine), and am a devoted student of Functional Nutrition, which holds great promise for peaking our potential in physical vitality, brain function, and emotional well-being.

I hope to publish two books on dreams in the early part of 2015, “Your Dreams Ten Best Friends: Essential Guiding Principles to Protect the Truth of Your Dreams” and “We Dream Because We Are Loved: Stories of Dreams and the Lives They Have Changed”.

As of June, 2012, I work & live in Austin, Texas.
