DIRECTIONS

My office is located at 830 W 3rd St #1150, in downtown Austin, one block from Whole Foods. I’m on the ground level/retail space of Gables West Avenue. There is easy metered parking on the street and free parking inside the Gables West Avenue garage.

From 5th street: Head East on 5th street until crossing Lamar, going alongside Whole Foods on your left, and then take the first right after Lamar onto Bowie St. Go a short block until you dead-in at W 3rd Street.

Turn left onto W 3rd street and continue a couple of hundred yards and see your first driveway on the left. This two lane drive way goes into Gables West, where my office/condo complex is, but you will need to proceed another 75 yards or so until you see another small drive way also on your left; this is where you will enter the parking garage. You will note that the new Trader Joe’s is on the other side of the street.

Pull into the single lane drive on your left and dial the Leasing Office number listed on the call box. The gate will then be opened for you. If you arrive before 9 am, you will need to call me instead, and I will buzz you in: 512.701.2831.

Park inside–there should be ample spots on level one–and then walk back to the gate you just entered. While standing in front of that gate look for a large red exit sign on a door to your left. This is where you will exist the garage.. Once outside turn right onto the sidewalk and walk about 75 yards going west back up to the first double lane drive way entrance that you passed. Turn right into the driveway entrance and look for a ground level business on your left with hanging plants out front. My name, Len Worley, PhD and and the number 1150 will be on my office door.

From 6th street: Head West on 6th street until you reach Whole Foods at the corner of 6th Street and Bowie. Turn left (south) onto Bowie St. Drive south a couple of blocks until you dead-in at West 3rd Street.
